Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, his family has revealed.
Robertson’s family broke the news on Friday on the newest episode of their podcast Unashamed with The Robertson Family.
In the episode, titled Phil’s Diagnosis, Phil’s son Jase Roberts revealed that doctors had informed the family that his father was also suffering from a blood disease.
According to Jase, the 78-year-old reality star has been in particularly poor health due to the blood disease, and his condition has been deteriorating recently.
Al clarified that Phil had been dealing with the blood condition for quite some time, but it recently gotten worse.
