Footy bad-boy Dustin Martin drew comparisons to Justin Bieber when he rocked up to training in Melbourne wearing the popular singer’s merchandise.
The 26-year-old midfielder proudly showed off his Justin Bieber Purpose World Tour hoodie, hours after taking out the coveted 2017 Brownlow Medal.
But it seems Martin’s obsession with the Canadian singer doesn’t just stop at fashion, with the heavily-inked pair sharing a scary amount of almost identical tattoos.

The similarities begin with Roman numerals.
The popstar has IIXVIIV inked on his right pectoral muscle, a tribute to his mother Pattie Mallette, who was born in that year – 1975.
Martin has opted for the same script, and has XXVI VI XCI on his left forearm. The numerals stand for his birthday, June 26, 1991.

Bieber’s is red-tinted and rumoured to be inspired by former girlfriend Selena Gomez, while Martin’s is black and grey. Both are located just above the elbow.
Masks are another symbol each man has selected.

Finally, the two men have matching tattoos with their fathers, signifying a special bond.

Many of Bieber’s tats have a religious theme, and he has been known to recite Hebrew prayers before taking the stage.
The shared tattoos are uncanny but the similarities stop there, with little of their remaining ink having much in common.
