Eagles wide receiver Zach Pascal is ‘robbed and assaulted at GUNPOINT on Friday morning in Maryland’… with thieves ‘stealing his diamond necklace’ in harrowing incident

Eagles wide receiver Zach Pascal was reportedly robbed and assaulted at gunpoint on Friday.

The 28-year-old was in Upper Marlboro, Maryland early Friday morning when two robbers approached him, pointed a gun at him and took his necklace, according to Prince George’s County police.

According to 6ABC, Pascal received treatment for minor injuries at the scene.

Police are now reportedly searching for the suspects, but the Eagles received good news about the receiver.

The team said they’d been in contact with Pascal, according to 6ABC, and are ‘happy to hear he’s doing fine.’

Pascal is a native of Upper Marlboro and attended Wise High School there.

2022 was Pascal’s fifth year in the NFL, and his first with the Eagles after spending the previous four seasons with the Colts.

He reached the Super Bowl with the team after posting 150 receiving yards and one touchdown in the regular season.

Philly ultimately lost 38-35 to the Chiefs in Arizona.
