EastEnders spoilers: Drama in court!

Sharon feels the pressure, Stacey’s wracked with guilt and Linda does a runner… 

1. Dean faces the court

As the day of Dean’s trial for Keanu’s murder arrives, the women who framed him head to court. Sharon is first to testify, but before she does, she asks Suki and Kathy to check in on an increasingly nervous Linda, knowing that it’s Linda’s testimony which holds the key to Dean going down.

2. Sharon under the spotlight

Sharon steps up to give her evidence but having been earlier accosted by Bernie’s and upset at missing little Albie’s first day at school, she is already unsettled as she starts to take questions.

3. Guilt for Stacey

Mo tries to settle Stacey’s worries before she gives evidence. However, Stacey is left wracked with guilt as she heads to court after she realises that she promised Lily she would help organise Chari’s first birthday party.

4. The court day ends in disaster

Sharon starts to fold under the pressure from Dean’s brief and when he brings up information from her past, she struggles with his questions. Seeing her friend distressed, Linda’s fear overwhelms her and she flees from the court before she has given her vital evidence.

5. The search for Linda

Linda’s friends are horrified as she disappears from the court. Soon, Johnny and Phil join forces to try and track her down. Later, the women reel from an update about the trail as it becomes clear their ordeal is far from over. Under pressure, one of the women makes a decision they could regret…

6. Lily’s party hits a bum note

Charli’s karaoke birthday party gets underway, but the fun times don ‘t last for long, with Lily upset after Stacey is forced to leave the celebrations. However, the teen is later heartened by a special gift she receives to celebrate her first year as a mum.

7. Eve left out in the cold

Lily isn’t the only one upset at the party, as Eve is surprised when Suki suddenly excuses herself from the celebration. Later, Eve expresses her upset at Suki’s actions, but her girlfriend is still distracted by the trial drama.
