The flight from Liverpool to Barcelona is understood to have been diverted to Bristol where three drunk men and a woman were then arrested.
The flight was diverted at about 11.30pm on Thursday leaving passengers angered at the delay.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: ‘We’re appealing for anyone who was on easyJet flight EZY7208 from Barcelona to Liverpool, who may have filmed the incident on their mobile phones or any other devices, to get in touch.
‘If you can help, please call Pc Adrian Chilcott on 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5217216307.’
