Late rapper Eazy-E’s daughter Henree Cherron Wright, who performs under the stage name ReeMarkable, has given birth to her second child.
Wright welcomed the baby on September 7 — what would have been her dad’s 60th birthday.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, she announced the news with her 229,000 followers, sharing a photo of her arm when she herself was a newborn, as well as a headshot of her father.
She wrote in the caption, ‘Happy birthday Daddy! 9/7/24 this for you.’
Eazy-E — real name Eric Wright — died in March 1995 at age 30 from AIDS-induced pneumonia. He was part of the boundary-pushing hip-hop group NWA.

Addressing her husband, she added, ‘@derrtymillionz we did it. My soulmate. We owe each other the world and we gone continue to give it to each other. I love you husband I thank you for this gift this blessing. You the one fr.’
She then excitedly share: ‘Baby is here y’all!!! 6 pushes! All natural. I wasn’t [going to] post but [it] needed to be said #ripeazye #ripdoretha.’
In a separate post that included a reel, Wright teased the details of her birth story.
The caption stated: ‘I have so much to say but, no time. Just know God is good and I have been on cloud nine since September 7…I just wanted to share a little.’
Henree narrated each bit of the recording, which started with footage from a ‘ready to pop’ party shortly before her water broke.
There was also a scene of her older son Cobe, who was born August 27, helping her pack a hospital bag.
Finally, the mother-of-two drove herself to a hospital 45 minutes away in a Tesla.
She labeled the clip ‘part 1’ and gave a shoutout to Elon Musk’s car company Tesla, crediting it with helping her reach her destination.
Addressing her husband, she added, ‘@derrtymillionz we did it. My soulmate’
She declared, ‘Without Tesla, I don’t know how I was getting to the hospital because I did not want to ride in an ambulance… And I couldn’t wait on nobody.’
Days before her baby boy arrived Wright shared a social media post about her midwife.
‘We’re so close to having our baby! So I had to have my midwife @midwife.nika pull up on us at the crib and give us some pointers,’ she wrote in the caption.
According to her baby registry, Henree’s bundle of joy had a September 22 due date.
