Eddie Howe reportedly wants a reunion with Josh King by making the Everton striker his first signing as Celtic boss.

The Norwegian international has endured a frustrated time at Goodison Park after joining the Toffees on deadline day in January.

King is yet to start a game for the Toffees and he could leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
However, The Scottish Sun claim Howe wants King to spearhead his challenge to champions Rangers in the Scottish Premiership next season.
He reached double figures in goals scored in two Premier League seasons under Howe at Bournemouth and forged a prolific partnership with Callum Wilson.
King was linked with a dream return to Manchester United in January 2020 but the Cherries rejected a bid of around £20million from Old Trafford.
