He and Butcher met on the set of Big Momma’s House 2 in 2006.

Candy Cane Lane is the first product of Eddie’s three-picture first-look deal with Prime Video, which he secured in 2021.
The agreement came after Eddie scored a professional triumph on Prime Video with Coming 2 America, the sequel to his iconic 1988 movie Coming To America.
