But it wasn’t the only time Elise Stacy cried over the rejection, she has revealed.
The former Hockeyroo said she had an emotional time while watching the season finale with friends on Thursday night.

‘I had three amazing girlfriends with me, snuggled up in a hotel room with a bottle of champagne,’ she told The Project.
Becoming a little choked up she admitted: ‘We watched it (the finale), we all cried together and I’ve woken up feeling a bit better about it now.’
The 29-year-old also revealed she has remained single after appearing on the reality series.
‘I felt like I had the weight of the nation on my shoulders and I didn’t want to ruin it for them, so I’ve been keeping it down low,’ she said.

However she added cheekily: ‘Now I’m single and ready to mingle.’
The blonde bombshell’s upbeat attitude follows her revelation that she is well and truly over the hunky heartbreaker.
Appearing in an interview with Studio 10 with fellow rejects Tara Pavlovic and Florence Alexandra Sophia on Friday morning, Elise claimed she had moved on from the public dumping, which she likened to a ‘car accident’.

‘I am not in love with him any more,’ Elise told the Channel Ten show.
‘I haven’t moved on yet with anyone else. You have to keep the illusion that I could have been Matty’s girlfriend. I am ready to get on with life.’
The sports-star-turned-marketing-executive added that while she ‘absolutely fell in love with Matty’ during filming, viewing the show as it aired pushed her to move on.
Elise reflected: ‘Watching the show has helped me get over it, I think.’
