‘The most important thing to me is how I feel, and I’ve found if my body is getting the nutrients it needs, then it shows on the outside – beauty from the inside out,’ she explained in the book The Game Changers.
Elle appears to take a holistic approach to her exercise regime as she mixes high intensity workouts with meditation and yoga.
‘I sip on hot water and lemon to kick-start my metabolism. Then I mediate for about 20 to 30 minutes. It helps keep me balanced and feel strong and confident,’ she previously told Harper’s Bazaar.

Elle shares two children – sons Flynn, 20, and Aurelius Cy, 16 – with her former partner, London-based French financier Arpad Busson.
The pair met back in 1996, but separated in July 2005.
She is now dating disgraced former British doctor and anti-vaxxer campaigner Andrew Wakefield.

In his now notorious 1998 paper, Andrew speculated that being injected with a ‘dead’ form of the measles virus via vaccination causes disruption to intestinal tissue.
As a result of his dire warnings, the UK’s vaccination rate fell from 92 per cent to 84 per cent by 2002.

His theory was found to have been based on false evidence and it was retracted by the leading medical journal, The Lancet, in 2010.
After decamping to the United States, Andrew’s cause was adopted by Hollywood stars, promoted by online conspiracy theorists and picked up by populist politicians.
His powerful supporters include Donald Trump, whose inauguration ball Andrew attended.
