In April, he told the Mallorca Zeitung that he is hands-on with the venture.
‘Personally, I and my mother take care of the check-in,’ he said. ‘And if the tenant wants it, I’m happy to come by for a barbecue.’
According to the outlet, for 1,600 euros a night, visitors can enjoy tennis, gyms and a huge pool.
