While tennis is the focus on the courts, fashion is the focus elsewhere at Wimbledon.

And the celebrities were bringing the goods on Tuesday as they stepped out in a series of chic ensembles with AJ Odudu, Ellie Bamber, Sharleen Spiteri, Lilah Parsons, Tamara Beckwith and Darcey Bussell at the helm. 

AJ, 35, looked sensational in a crochet white dress which showcased her taut middle and lithe arms as she posed up a storm for the cameras.  

The Serpent star, 26, looked sensational in a crisp blue shirt dress with a trench draped over her shoulders and a bucket hat over her flame red locks. 

In a true blast from the past, Texas star and Nineties legend Sharleen, 55, shunned the quintessentially twee uniform of Wimbledon – complete with florals and frocks – as she instead opted for her uniform of head to toe black.

As ever, Tamara, 53, oozed elegance in a boxy pink jacket with white trousers while Lila Parsons was a vision in a navy and white dress. 

Back in 2021, amid the pandemic, Ellie spoke candidly about going to therapy, as she insists that ‘everybody’ should be getting help with their mental health.

The Serpent star has revealed that therapy is one of her passions, and has helped her navigate ‘not so great’ times in recent years.

She told The Sunday Times’ Style magazine: ‘Therapy has definitely helped me with anything I’ve been struggling with. Everyone should be working on themselves, to understand that we all have faults as human beings and we can all be better.

‘I know that from a personal perspective it has helped me with myself at times when I felt not so great. I’m very happy now, though.’

Another boost to the star’s mental health was the gradual reopening of the nation’s social spaces, after spending the past year locked or heavily restricted.

Listing what she’s most looking forward to in March, she said: ‘A restaurant! Dancing with my friends! Dressing up! I really love to dance, so anywhere that bridges the gap between pub and club. I just can’t wait to wear heels again.’
