Ellie Goulding displays her toned physique in thigh-high boots and a black mini dress in NYC

Ellie Goulding nailed a stylish look on Thursday as she headed out to perform in Manhattan, New York City.

The singer, 35, showed off her gorgeous physique in a pair of black, thigh-high leather boots – elevating her height with a block heel.

She added a figure-hugging black dress to the look, which featured a long sleeve, cut-out arm and strap overlay design.

Her golden blonde locks were styled in a voluminous curl, as the hitmaker opted for a pink-toned palette of makeup.

Adding some accessories to the look, she donned an impressive collection of earrings alongside statement rings – including one with a Turkish Evil Eye. 

During the evening, Ellie had an outfit switch up as she added some warmth to her Manhattan look – swapping the mini dress for some black tailored trousers.

The Brit Award winner is currently promoting her new song Easy Lover, as she has been spending time in the Big Apple over the last week.

Ellie’s new music, which she described as ‘a long time coming’, is the first release in two years for the star – who took a career break to raise her son.

Previously her last release was 2020’s Brightest Blue and featured the songs Worry About Me, Power and Slow Grenade.

The singer was supposed to take the album on tour. which was dashed by the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Turning her hand to motherhood, the songstress welcomed her son Arthur, 16 months, just last year with her Eton and Oxford-educated art dealer husband Caspar Jopling, 30.

She keeps fans updated on life as a new mother through social media, but has described herself as ‘very protective’ over her son – shielding his face from the public eye.

Ellie previously explained via Instagram: ‘I have chosen not to expose him to the world on social media. feel quite strongly about this (I believe it is his decision when he is older!) I have had people try to take photos of him now and then (really!) and I have politely asked if they could not.

‘I am extremely protective over him as any mother would be,’ she detailed.
