How to get a body like Elsa Pataky: Chris Hemsworth’s wife reveals how ‘little changes’ make all the difference – as she warns against quick-fix diets

Chris Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky revealed her surprisingly simple diet and workout secrets during an interview on Sunrise on Wednesday.

The 43-year-old Spanish actress, who is promoting her new fitness book, Strong, told fans to ignore ‘quick-fix diets’ and instead embrace a new way of living.

‘I don’t believe anything about diets, like quick diets that you do before summer. Those miracles don’t exist,’ said the mother-of-three.

Instead, Elsa emphasised the importance of adopting a new health-focused philosophy.

‘Eat healthier, like kind of a Mediterranean food every day, not just at periods of time,’ the Snakes On A Plane starlet said.

The Mediterranean diet is generally high in vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and olive oil.
