Elyse Knowles and her fiancé Josh Barker have announced the birth of their first child.
In an Instagram post shared on Monday, both new parents posted a black and white photo showing their hands on the baby’s feet.
The model wrote: ‘The next chapter in our lives. The best chapter yet. And it’s called Sunny. Sunny Barker’.

In addition, Elyse and Josh revealed their baby was born on February 25 – just shy of a week ago.
Neither Josh, 31, nor Elyse, 28, have revealed the baby’s sex, however several fans in the comments referred to the child as a boy.
Also visible in the photo was Elyse’s massive, sparking diamond engagement ring.

In February, Elyse announced that she had been been engaged to her long-term partner Josh for weeks.
The former Block star shared a photo of Josh laying a hand on her bare baby bump, while she placed her hand on top.
On the beauty’s hand was a sparking diamond engagement ring with a gold band and oval cut stone.

Josh and Elyse, who have been together for eight years, announced they were expecting their first child back in September.
At the time, the model shared a series of loved-up photos to Instagram of herself and Josh in front of Uluru with a love heart drawn on her bare stomach.

Following the announcement, Elyse extensively documented her pregnancy on Instagram, showing off her bump through various stages of her pregnancy.
In an interview with The Daily Telegraph’s Stellar Magazine earlier this year, Elyse actually claimed she was not thinking about marriage.
‘I’m not really fussed about [a wedding]. The baby is the biggest commitment we need,’ she told the publication.
