The blonde beauty and her carpenter beau renovated the Melbourne property over a two year period and are hoping to double their money.
The duo, who were the youngest couple to ever win the reality show, worked hard on revamping the dated property.
‘It had a ’70s vibe inside — every wall had different wallpaper and there was mustard carpet,’ Elyse explained.
Now, the three bedroom, two bathroom California bungalow boasts stunning modern interiors and balanced with heritage charm, including an outdoor entertaining area.

‘We love to put the fire and the telly on and cook a barbecue out there. You can put the electric blinds down and turn it into another room,’ she said.
The pair, who have dated for six years, bought and began renovating the property after being together for just one year.
‘We bought the house when I was 21, and I’d never had any experience in this so I was really relying on Josh and his knowledge,’ Elyse said in a previous interview with Domain.

Hocking Stuart director David Wood praised Josh and Elyse for their renovation efforts, noting the excellent work on their huge undercover outdoor entertaining space.
He was confident the property would sell between $1.35 and $1.45 million at the auction, to be held on November 18.
Nervous: In a previous interview Josh explained, ‘It’s probably more stressful going through [the Coburg] auction than it is The Block because it’s our own money and our own blood, sweat and tears over 18 months to 2 years’

They are keen to get their hands on a third renovation property soon.
