Crediting former Bachelor Sam Wood and his nearby gym when she was shooting the renovation show, the 24-year-old revealed she trains most days and has never dieted.

‘I haven’t followed a diet in my life,’ she said.
And although she indulges in green smoothie bowls for breakfasts and fish or chicken based salads for lunch and dinner, Elyse confirmed that her ‘cheat days definitely consist of chocolate’.
To carve her daily 3pm sweet cravings, the stunner added that she ensures raw protein balls are on hand otherwise she eats something she ‘shouldn’t’.

And along with her nutritious daily meal plan, the Block front-runner said she heads to the gym up to six times a week.
‘Five to six days a week I go to the gym at 6am – either a mix of strength and cardio or a boxing session,’ she said.
‘If I have a day off, I might do a Pilates session as well. I have a hyperactive dog, so she has to be walked every day without fail – rain, hail or shine. She keeps me very fit!’
