Victoria’s Secret model Elyse Taylor continues child support fight against ex-husband Seth Campbell after he threatened to evict her and daughter Lila, nine, from their home
Australian model Elyse Taylor has filed a child support modification against her ex-husband Seth Campbell in New York Supreme Court.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Campbell requested approval on who Taylor, 36, dated, married and spent time with as well as where and when she travelled.
If he didn’t receive this information, he threatened to reduce child support and evict her from the home she shares with the pair’s nine-year-old daughter Lila.
The New York court prevented Campbell from selling the property and ordered him to continue his child support payments.
He has also filed a custody modification proceeding in Florida. Campbell and Taylor are set to appear in court on July 6.

The former couple called it quits on their marriage back in 2016.
The pair had been married for over a year after tying the knot in August 2014 in the US.
‘Elyse’s main priority is the happiness and well-being of Lila,’ a source said at the time.

The couple exchanged vows in front of approximately 200 guests on the manicured grounds at The Campbell Farm.
A month after the nuptials, Elyse said she was very serious about her marriage to Seth.
She told The Daily Telegraph at the time: ‘I’ll only do it once. It was such an intense experience.’
