And Emily Atack shared a hilarious confession with her followers on Wednesday, admitting she had ‘planned a workout’ but ended up ‘taking photos of herself instead’.

Slipping into a pair of clinging black leggings, Emily, 32, looked lovely as she sat on her bed and snapped away.

The star wrote in full: ‘Plans workout, takes pics instead. Which is a workout in itself to be fair.’

Emily wore her bright blonde hair loose and puckered up for her followers.

She teamed her slim-fit leggings with a black workout top.

It comes after Emily shared a heartwarming photo with her musician dad Keith on her Instagram stories on Monday.

Emily’s dad Keith was part of British 70’s pop group Child who once made an appearance on Top of the Pops.

Continuing his career, he went on to become a film score composer and gained a reputation for his work on 16 Years of Alcohol, Cemetery Junction and Wayland’s Song.

After 19 years of marriage, he and his actress wife Kate Robbins divorced amicably.

Kate starred as medium and erotic novelist Penny Spencer-Wright in the Netflix series with Emily sharing photos of her in front of a tent wearing mauve robes.
