Emily Ratajkowski looks studious in prescription glasses as she adds a fur-trimmed belted coat while sipping an iced coffee in New York City

Emily Ratajkowski trotted out one of her many coats for a stroll in New York City on Friday morning.

The brown plaid outerwear was belted at her slim waist and featured a large band of ivory fur at the hem.

The My Body author, 32, wore black slacks and black shoes under the stylish coat and carried a cup of iced coffee.

Emily – who filmed a commercial in NYC on Thursday – wore her brown hair parted in the middle and down with her bangs falling across her forehead as she had on prescription glasses.

The mom of Sylvester, two, is frequently spotted walking around New York City, often with her adorable dog Colombo and her son.

The Immorata swimwear founder appears on the cover of the current issue of Vogue Australia and in the accompanying article she dished on her divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard.

The couple married in 2018 after a whirlwind courtship, welcomed their son Sylvester in 2021 and split in 2022 amid rumors that Sebastian was cheating on Emily.

The iCarly alum revealed that she plans to write a book about her divorce in the hopes that it can diminish some of the stigma surrounding it.

‘I can’t believe there aren’t more books about first marriages failing,’ she said.

‘I’ve read a lot of literature about divorce, but it tends to be about families ending after children have grown up,’ she told the publication.

‘I do think so many women are divorcing at younger ages, and it’s such a taboo and there’s such stigma around it,’ Emily continued.

The My Body author pointed out that the institution of marriage should be different today since women are financially capable of providing for themselves.

‘Our world has changed so much because women are making, if not the same amount of pay, more money than their partners,’ she said.

‘And then also carrying the burden of the emotional and physical responsibilities, the labor at home,’ she added.

Emily also pointed out that women don’t need to be married in the way that women from previous generations did.

‘Marriage isn’t always as fair of a deal as it used to be, or at least how it was supposed to be,’ she explained.

She added: ‘I’m not sure if it was ever a fair deal, so it shouldn’t be shameful for them to walk away from that sh***y deal. I would like to write about that more.’
