Emma Bunton wished her son Tate a happy 10th birthday on Thursday.

The Spice Girl star, 45, who shares her son with Jade Jones, posted an image of her trendy long-haired kid playing with balloons on the big day. 

She wrote alongside: ‘Happy birthday my beautiful Tate, 10 today! We are so proud to be your mummy and daddy. You bring joy and light to us everyday! Tate, you are going to change this world for the good my darling. We❤️U’.

Emma’s all-star pals were quick to give birthday wishes, with her Spice Girls co-stars at the helm as Mel C penned: ‘Happy Birthday Tate!!!! 10! I can’t believe it!!!! Have an amazing day xxxxx’ and Victoria Beckham penned: ‘Happy birthday x we love u’.

Emma Willis meanwhile wrote: ‘Happy birthday gorgeous Tate!’. while Heidi Range said: ‘Happy Birthday Tate’ and Giovanna Fletcher penned: ‘Happy birthday Tate!!’

Back in March, Emma spoke candidly about her struggles with working mum guilt as she juggles her career with raising Tate and his brother Beau, 13. 

Speaking on the Not Another Mummy podcast, the singer, told how she often wonders whether she’d ‘doing the right thing’ as she discussed how she balances work life with her family.

Discussing her feelings of guilt, she said: ‘As soon as your children are born, I didn’t realise I would get the strongest feeling of guilt. Am I doing the right thing all the time? Am I home enough? Am I at work enough?’

Baby Spice added that though it’s good that her little ones see she has a strong work ethic, it’s important to spend ‘precious’ time with her family during her downtime.   

She went on: ‘All those things go through your head but I love being a working mum. I love my kids watch me have this work ethic.

‘I work hard but I also do make sure that weekends are precious. I love watching my little boy play football, my other little boy goes to dance classes.

‘If I can be there for the important things, the simple things, the bedtimes, the storytelling, the cuddles, the kisses. I am so lucky.’

Earlier this year Emma revealed that her Damage star beau Jade is ‘desperate’ for her to have another child.
