Billie Eilish reduced a security guard to tears during a recent stop on her Hit Me Hard and Soft world tour.
While performing her Oscar-winning Barbie ballad ‘What Was I Made For?’, a female security guard at the concert was seen crying.
In a viral video shared to TikTok, the security staffer became emotional and started wiping tears away from her eyes.
A fan who captioned the touching moment captioned the video, ‘Billie had security bawling their eyes out.’
The video quickly racked up over 500 comments, with one fan writing, ‘She’s definitely a Billie fan, this is so cute’.

‘Girl, I worked the concert last night too and I was bawling my eyes out,’ added another.
A third said, ‘Whatever she’s going through I feel you girl. I hope she’s good.’
Eilish recently admitted she has experienced ‘dark times’ while on tour.
The singer, 22 — who recently revealed who she was voting for in the 2024 U.S. presidential election — got candid with Vogue about her on stage struggles and finding life on the road ‘kind of unpleasant.’
She explained that she viewed her negative emotions as a ‘temporary’ stage in her life. The star has since learned to embrace playing live and wants to ‘enjoy’ it.
Eilish told the outlet: ‘I’ve had some really dark times on tour. For a long time I was kind of living like it was temporary. Like, yeah, I’m touring for now and it’s kind of unpleasant, and whatever. It’ll be over.
‘And the truth is, it’s the rest of my life,’ the Bad Guy hitmaker added.

Eilish also revealed to fans that she felt ‘lonely,’ admitting her connection with music had changed over time.
‘I didn’t realize that I could make touring enjoyable. I just was very lonely for many years, and I’m not interested in that anymore. I want to enjoy the show as well as my days,’ she said.
Lately, the Birds of a Feather singer has been enjoying playing music just for fun, rather than because of her work.
She added: ‘I’m a musician and you’d think I would’ve done that. But things blew up for me at an age when I would’ve been jamming with buddies. And because it was my career, I was not interested.
‘So for the first time ever, I’m jamming, and it’s amazing. It’s so nice to not have pressure of like, “Is this going to be the next single?” It’s like, “No, we’re just here.” And it’s just right in the moment.’
Eilish is currently touring her third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, which marks her first concert tour without brother Finneas O’Connell playing guitar and without their parents on the road with her.
Hit Me Hard and Soft was released on May 17 and yielded viral hits Lunch, Birds of a Feather, Wildflower and L’amour De Ma Vie.
She kicked off her 81-date tour on September 29 in Québec City, Canada and is slated to wrap her run on July 27, 2025 in Dublin, Ireland.
Her previous tours include the Don’t Smile at Me Tour, When We All Fall Asleep Tour, and Happier Than Ever, The World Tour.
