A ten-year-old girl is being hailed a hero after she suffered injuries desperately trying to save her mum from a fatal knifing
Monique Lezsak, 39, died after she was allegedly stabbed to death by her partner at her parents’ home in Kassan Gardens at Endeavour Hills in Melbourne‘s south-east early on Tuesday morning.
Her partner, German-born Melbourne-based fitness fanatic Sven Lindemann, is currently under police guard in hospital. No charges have been laid.
Ms Lezsak’s twin children, a boy and a girl, were both inside the home when the alleged fight broke out between the pair.

It has now emerged that mother-of-two’s daughter, 10, was cut in the arm as she tried in vain to protect her mum.
‘Her daughter is a hero, my hero, our hero, she tried to stop it,’ Ms Lezsak’s best friend, Jacqueline Schwarcz told the Herald Sun.
‘She was cut in a few places on the same arm and hand.’
The child was taken to hospital with minor injuries but was later released.
Ms Schwarcz paid tribute to her best fiend and said that her children were ‘the most important thing in her life’.
It comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed a series of Mr Lindemann’s eerie social media posts in the days before the incident.
‘Don’t forget that you are going to die… and you don’t know when,’ he wrote in an Instagram post containing ’10 bitter truths’ about ‘mortality, happiness and material wealth’.
The day before the alleged stabbing murder, Sven posted a strange video of an apartment’s fisheye security door camera, and his earlier posts include statements about death, destiny and being an ‘alpha male’.

Ms Lezsak and Sven exchanged several admiring posts on Instagram in the weeks leading up to police being called to the mother-of-two’s parents’ home on Tuesday.
On May 20, Ms Lezsak admired a photograph Sven posted of himself during a visit to Germany, where he toured World War II bunkers, Hamburg and his home town.
She spent time with a bodybuilder female friend in Queensland before returning to reunite with Sven in Melbourne, him posting ‘Bring that peach home already’ and her replying ‘coming babe’.
On April 23, she had posted about spending time with Sven, writing ‘Weekend away with you’ with a love heart and the hashtags ‘#datenight #dinner #fun #laughs’.
In other posts, Sven calls himself an ‘alpha male’ and writes ‘hard times don’t last but hard men do’.
The couple also posted on Instagram about training hard to bulk up their muscles and become leaner.
Sven is in hospital in a serious condition with ‘life threatening’ upper body injuries, Victoria Police confirmed.
The Victorian homicide squad is investigating but detectives have said they are not looking for anyone else, with the 52-year-old man under police guard at The Alfred Hospital the only suspect.

Detectives are reportedly also investigating whether his wounds were self-inflicted.
Ms Lezsak’s daughter is in a stable condition in hospital as she recovers from minor injuries.
It has been revealed that Ms Lezsak narrowly escaped death 16 years ago after being shot by a Hells Angels bikie.
Back in 2007, Ms Lezsak was critically injured when she was shot during a rampage by Hells Angels bikie Christopher Wayne Hudson in which lawyer Brendan Keilar died and a Dutch backpacker Paul de Waard was injured.
She recovered and the professional bodybuilder and beauty therapy diploma graduate also worked as a disability carer.
Her shattered ex-Finks bikie former partner, Jye Carter said she also dreamt of becoming a police officer and was in the process of applying to Victoria Police.

‘She’s achieved a real lot in her life,’ Mr Carter, who is the father of her twins, told reporters on Tuesday.
He described her as a ‘beautiful person’ and a devoted mother to their son and daughter.
Mr Carter, who has previously done jail stints when he was associated with the Finks bikie gang, said friends told him what had happened when they recognised Ms Lezsak’s house on the news.
He rushed straight there with his new girlfriend Kaera Douglas.
‘She was just a really good mum. I can’t believe this has happened, I really can’t,’ he said.
‘She has put so much into our kids and her own family… she’s just the most beautiful person.’

Police are now trying to piece together how the alleged fight unfolded.
The Endeavour Hills neighbourhood was awash with police and forensic crews on Tuesday.
A middle-aged couple are understood to have moved two years ago into the house where the alleged fight broke out.
The quiet cul-de-sac has since been turned into a crime scene with a woman pictured in tears being consoled by officers.
A brown evidence bag was seen being taken out of a residence.
One neighbour described the street as ‘very quiet’.
