England football louts have been causing chaos in Amsterdam ahead of a scheduled friendly fixture against the Netherlands this evening.

A group of supporters were filmed standing on a canal bridge hurling beer onto barge passengers below, while one thug was spotted throwing a bicycle in the water.

The drunken yobs, who were chanting ‘England, England’, were filmed by locals at a waterside bar overlooking the canal bridge.

Meanwhile 25 football fans have been detained by police after they threw beer bottles at officers in the city centre during violent clashes on Thursday night.

Local police confirmed that the men were arrested and held overnight following the incident, which saw many fans were drinking the day before the match.

Riot police were deployed in order to restore calm, and authorities have said the individuals involved were detained for public disorder offences.

Another video shows a larger swilling supporter stripping off and jumping into a canal wreaking havoc in the Dutch capital.

The supporter was filmed rousing the crowd before leaping in causing a big splash. 

The unruly Brits, who shouted ‘Who are ya? Who are ya?’ have been terrorising Amsterdam, having travelled over for a booze fuelled football weekend.
