But his owners were not bothered with his silent pleas and instead filmed his sorrow.
The pooch is allowed to sit at his owners’ table and does so with his head resting on its surface.

The dog looks longingly at his male human but is taunted by his female human, who says: ‘You have to wait until your birthday’
He gives his male human a pleading look as said human consumes a ribeye, mashed potatoes and a green vegetable.
The male human, who sports a beard and an olive green Henley, eats at the prodding of the female human, who films the sorrowful spectacle.
‘He’s just giving you, like, the biggest puppy dog eyes,’ the pup’s female human says.
Somewhat tauntingly, she says ‘aw’ as the dog wistfully gazes at the juicy red meat.
The animal tries a different tactic and looks at her, to no avail.

‘Don’t look at me. I’m not giving it to you,’ his female human taunts.
‘You have to wait until your birthday.’
She later says: ‘That’s, like, pure sadness.’
