Erika Jayne claimed she did not know that her estranged husband Tom Girardi was allegedly stealing on Wednesday during the third part of the RHOBH reunion.
The 50-year-old reality star was grilled by show host Andy Cohen, 53, about her knowledge of the embezzlement scandal involving disgraced lawyer Tom, 82.
‘So, the first question that came up was, ”What did Erika know?”. Did you have any sense that this alleged theft was happening?,’ Andy asked.

‘I do not work at Girardi & Keese. All the financials are kept there,’ Erika replied, referencing the downtown Los Angeles firm founded by Tom.
‘The answer is no?,’ Andy asked.
‘There’s your answer,’ confirmed Erika.
Andy also relayed a question from viewer Catherina from Sandy Springs, Georgia, who said, ‘I have the $20 million question. Who believes Erika did not know anything about what Tom was doing?’

‘I don’t think she knew,’ said Sutton Stracke, 50, who butted heads with Erika during season 11 of the Bravo show over the embezzlement scandal.
‘I never thought she knew,’ added Kyle Richards, 52.
‘I don’t think Tom Girardi told her anything,’ said Lisa Rinna, 58.

‘I don’t think Tom would be sharing everything with Erika. But I also think Erika was living such an amazing life that maybe if there were signs, she didn’t want to know,’ said Garcelle Beauvais, 54.
Show newcomer Crystal Kung Minkoff, 36, imagined if her director husband Rob Minkoff, 59, did this to her that she would be upset and asked Erika where her anger was toward Tom.
‘Where do you think it is? You think I don’t have any because you haven’t seen it? Or I haven’t shown enough f***ing anger here today? What do you want me to do?,’ Erika barked back.

She recalled her previous statement during the reunion when she said, ”I wonder who I was married to for 20 years” and asked Crystal if she forgot her saying that.
‘I am very angry. Hear it in my voice. All right?,’ Erika said.
Lisa chimed in that everyone wanted Erika to beat up on Tom.

‘You also don’t know what I have done or what I will do,’ Erika said.

‘You’ll just have to wait and see, won’t you?,’ Erika replied.
Erika filed for divorce from Tom in November 2020 and they were both named as defendants in a federal lawsuit filed in December 2020 alleging they stole settlement funds meant for the families, including widows and orphans, of the victims of the 2018 Lion Air plane crash.
The once powerful Los Angeles lawyer also had been the subject of numerous bar complaints alleging financial malfeasance involving millions of dollars owed to clients, including female cancer victims and a burn victim.
Wait for it: ‘You’ll just have to wait and see, won’t you?,’ Erika replied
A documentary on their legal troubles titled The Housewife And The Hustler was released in June on Hulu.
‘Had you heard that Tom was in financial straits,’ Andy asked Erika.
‘No. And you can look at the money, I forget how much we, the firm, made year after year. It was a lot,’ Erika said.

‘So you’re saying you had never heard that Tom was in any disrepair in the years leading up to this?,’ Andy questioned her.
‘That’s not true. I told you I was being sued as a named defendant in a law lending institution out of Arizona,’ Erika said as Andy showed a clip about the 2019 lawsuit.
‘I looked at him and I said, ‘What is this and why am I involved? And he said, ”It’s bulls***, don’t worry about it’. And everything was like that. Am I angry now enough for you?,’ Erika sharply said.

Erika earlier during the reunion told Kyle and Dorit Kemsley, 45, that her feelings were hurt when she watched the episode in which Kyle and her husband Mauricio and Dorit and her husband PK enjoyed a laugh at her expense.
‘To watch the four of you mock my life and mock my family really hurt me. Especially after PK had been so kind and we’d worked so hard on our relationship. That sucked,’ Erika said.
The third of four reunion episodes opened with newcomer Kathy Hilton, 62, and her sister Kyle tearfully discussing their falling out and reconciliation.

They became estranged over Kyle’s television show American Woman that was loosely based on their late mother, Kathleen.
‘It was poorly handled on both of our parts. There was way too much time wasted,’ Kyle said.
Kyle also said she wasn’t jealous when Kathy during a recent Watch What Happens Live poll was voted as the favorite Richards sister.

Crystal also opened up about becoming bulimic at age 11 after bringing up her struggle with the eating disorder during the season.
‘I watched a video in class about eating disorders. And obviously, it was a negative message. And then I sort of picked up some tools from it. And that’s when it began,’ she said.
Crystal said she spoke with her mother before the episode aired and it made her mom cry.
Eating disorder: Crystal also opened up about becoming bulimic at age 11 after bringing up her struggle with the eating disorder during the season.
Andy said he was ‘really upset’ when he found out that Crystal had experienced threats and hate speech as a result of being on the Bravo show for being Asian.
‘I haven’t shared with you guys. It’s hundreds a day,’ Crystal said tearfully.
Andy said she should feel great about sharing her Asian culture.

‘And you shouldn’t let a percentage of a**holes on social media define not only your experience but the experience that you put out there for others,’ Andy said.
The other women also rallied behind Crystal and shared their favorite moments with her during the past season.
The RHOBH reunion will air its fourth and final episode next week on Bravo.
