Erika Jayne is seen no make up and messy hair after being forced to give up $40k-a-month glam squad

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Erika Jayne was seen struggling to pump her own gas on Sunday afternoon, until her assistant stepped up to lend a helping hand.

Before receiving some assistance from her right-hand woman, the 49-year-old reality star looked miserable as she futilely attempted to fill up her Range Rover with a sullen expression in Los Angeles, California.

Jayne, who is in the middle of a messy divorce from her ex Tom Girardi after more than 20 years of marriage and facing a slew of controversies including allegations of embezzlement, appeared uncharacteristically unkempt with messy hair and no makeup.

While she previously relied on a $40k-a-month glam squad to put together her stylish looks, Jayne ditched her typically head-to-toe designer duds for a blue graphic t-shirt, which read: ‘Billionaire boys club.’

The XXpen$ive singer completed her laid-back look with a pair of skintight black leggings, white sneakers and a matching pair of cat-eye sunglasses.

Looking agitated, the mother-of-one eventually continued running errands throughout the day, which included picking up some essentials at Petco for her Dutch Shepherd dog, Tiago, who she has previously called her ‘best friend’ on Instagram in late April.

Next, she headed to the Empty Vase florist, which is known for their custom-made arrangements and unique gifts.

This is one of her first public outings since the new documentary The Housewife and the Hustler aired earlier this week.

Jayne had been dropped by her legal team from the firm Dinsmore & Shohl LLP Monday amid the release of the new Hulu doc (though they later reinstated themselves.)

The legal firm said ‘the relationship of trust and confidence that is essential to a properly functioning attorney-client relationship has broken down and, in the good faith assessment of counsel, the relationship is irreparable,’ Page Six reported Tuesday, citing court docs it reviewed.

The firm, which was representing Jayne in the bankruptcy of her estranged husband, said it had informed the Atlanta-born reality star of its decision on Monday.

The firm said it had advised the Bravo personality of ‘the potential consequences of not timely securing replacement counsel’ if she did not retain a new attorney in a timely fashion.

On Thursday, ‘just two days after asking a judge to sign off on their exit’ her lawyers ended up filing ‘legal papers to remain as her counsel’ according to the outlet.

The Housewife and the Hustler featured interviews with former clients accusing Girardi, 82, of financial theft in their cases, and noted Jayne’s involvement in an LLC he had, with some funds allegedly being routed to her company EJ Global.

Tom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia in March, the same month his legal license in California was revoked.

Tom faces a litany of legal problems, including a $2 million class action lawsuit claiming fraud and embezzlement from the firm Edelson PC in connection with the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash, in which all 189 people onboard died.

He and Jayne were sued for allegedly embezzling funds meant for families of victims, while Edelson PC, a firm for their ex clients, said in court docs their divorce last fall was orchestrated to ‘fraudulently protect Tom and Erika’s money’ as they’re ‘on the verge of financial collapse.’

In the Hulu doc, attorney Sunny Hostin pointed out that Jayne is seeking to have her high-dollar items classified as ‘separate property’ in their split, claiming they were ‘gifts to her.’

Reporter Brandon Lowrey of Law360 said in the doc that the estranged couple is ‘together in these bankruptcy proceedings’ and that ‘it’s going to be hard for her to say she didn’t know that anything was going on.’

In a preview for the show’s 11th season, Jayne said of the accusations, ‘No one knows the answer but him.’
