Erin Molan shares a cute snap of daughter Eliza before going to work

She is juggling a busy career at Channel Nine with raising a newborn baby.

And over the weekend, Erin Molan appeared to strike the perfect work-life balance.

The 35-year-old took to Instagram to share a photo of herself cuddling her daughter before heading off to host The Sunday Footy Show.

‘Cuddles before work,’ Erin captioned the image of Eliza asleep on her mother’s lap.

Later on Sunday, she shared another heartwarming photo of herself bonding with her darling daughter.

She gave her cherubic child a tummy tickle in the tender family snap.

Erin made a triumphant return to hosting The NRL Footy Show last Thursday.

She received a hero’s welcome from the studio audience after being introduced as a ‘newly minted mum’.

Joining panellists Ryan Girdler, Darren Lockyer and Willie Mason, Erin admitted she was still feeling sleep deprived.

‘Now, I haven’t slept for six weeks so please be kind,’ she said. 

‘Apparently that’s what happens when you have a child – you don’t sleep ever. So, if I’m not as sharp or as polished as usual, please be kind and be gentle.

‘I’m sure my friends on social media will let me know if I stuff anything up.’

Erin and her fiancé Sean Ogilvy welcomed their first child Eliza in early June.

Gushing: ‘It’s wonderful – it’s nothing like I thought it would be,’ she said of motherhood. ‘As I said, you don’t sleep much, which is intense, but she is the most perfect beautiful little thing in the whole wide world.’

Parting is such sweet sorrow: ‘First day back at work,’ she wrote. ‘I was a bit nervous and missed my girl terribly but felt great to get back into things too with wonderful supportive colleagues. Pictured: Erin with fiance Sean Ogilvy
