An elegance coach has shared footage from the ‘lowest point’ in her life where she’s seen smoking and drinking heavily before she transformed her life. 

13 years ago, Anna Bey, 38, was a nightclub dancer who was partying all the time, ‘unhappy’, and using cigarettes and alcohol ‘as a form of escape’. 

In an Instagram post, Anna, who is originally from Sweden, shared rare images of her falling over drunk, wearing bronze makeup, and smoking cigarettes.

‘This used to be me. I was at my worst being trashy, unhealthy and not looking after myself. Honestly…I was really unhappy but one day I decided to change,’ she wrote in the clip. 

The video showed Anna passed out on the bathroom floor, with poor posture, going topless in the pool, falling through a door drunk and smoking multiple cigarettes. 

‘Today I’m living my best life. I’ve cleaned up my act, got rid of my bad habits and did a lot of inner work to fix my insecurities and poor self esteem that lead me to act trashy in the first place.’

Anna, who splits her time between London and Geneva, is the founder of The School of Affluence, an online finishing school for women. 

‘Now I help other women improve themselves so they can live their best lives,’ she said.
