Samantha Browne was forced into a life of prostitution and drugs as a teenager after meeting a girl called ‘Becky’, who would later introduce her to Stephen McAllister.
She was lured her into a seemingly-glamourous lifestyle of 24-hour parties, giving up her A-levels and moving to London to pursue a career in adult films and modelling.

However things spiralled out of control when she met McAllister, who promised he would make Ms Browne rich by setting up a production company with her.
In reality, McAllister prostituted Ms Browne all around the country to earn himself up to £5,000-a-week which he claimed was going to the business.
She was mentally and physically abused and forced to feed other girl heroin as they toured the country.
‘He [Stephen] befriended me at first claiming I would be a self-made millionaire in the space of twelve-months,’ she said.

‘But all he did was have us prostituting ourselves around the country, ensuring he got his target of between two to five-thousand-pounds-a-week.
‘It started with mental grooming first to build trust and he also fed the cocaine habit I had picked up and then it changed to mental and physical abuse.
‘He would say things like if you want to be my woman and get the world, you must do what I say.
‘I had to feed girls heroin when they were touring the country with me, these were girls he had took from red light areas and promised them a better life just like me.’
It was not until Ms Browne met her partner Mar on a night out in 2012 that she managed to break away from McAllister’s lies and manipulation.

Now 28, she lives in Birmingham where she works for Amnesty International to help others regain their human rights.
‘I work with Amnesty International because I realised I wanted to be part of helping others with their human rights as I knew mine had been taken away from me,’ she added.
‘It’s made me realise that if I can help one person in this world and prevent this happening to them, I’ve done what I am meant to and it will put purpose to my pain.
‘My biggest message in life is that we are here to make choices from our pain and that this can make us bitter or better.’
Stephen McAllister was sentenced to eight-and-a-half-years in prison for controlling prostitutes for gain and controlling sexual exploitation of a child in May 2016.
He will be placed on the sex offenders register for life.
