Ex-presidential candidate brands Yankees’ Aaron Boone and Brian Cashman ‘relentless losers’ in brutal verdict

The New York Yankees have been brutally criticized by a former candidate for President of the United States after a dramatic collapse in Game 5 of the World Series.

Ralph Nader – a former Green Party, Reform Party, and Independent candidate for President – posted his thoughts on the team after they allowed a victory to slip through their fingers with a number of errors in the fifth inning of the game.

With the Game 5 victory, the Dodgers won the World Series for the second time in five years.

‘The Yankees collapse in last night’s 5th game of the World Series was a long time coming,’ Nader posted on X, formerly Twitter.

‘The Yankees have been mismanaged or poorly managed since their last World Series in 2009. Loaded with money, they make the wrong choices in buying athletes from other teams.

‘They’ve weakened seriously their farm system and the owner, [Hal] Steinbrenner, is not that ambitious for a winning team because he’s still making a lot of profit.

‘Yankee General Manager Brian Cashman and Yankee team manager Aaron Boone are relentless losers. Yankee fans should demand their replacement. The only thing going up at Yankee Stadium are the prices, not the World Series wins.’
