Entrepreneur Rob Deutsch and his wife, Nicole Perso, have splashed out $25.5million on a new apartment without needing to borrow any of it.

Mr Deutsch, who co-founded the Australian franchise of F45 gyms, and his model wife Ms Perso have the keys to the four-bedroom apartment in Crown’s One Barangaroo tower.

The glamour couple have been very busy in Sydney’s property market this year.

In February, they splurged $37.5million on a Bellevue Hill mansion in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The freshly purchase apartment, which also boasts four bathrooms. last sold off the plan two years ago for $22.5 million, which means it has jumped $3million in value in just 24 months.

It was listed with a $29million price guide last year after being listed by Hong Kong-based businesswoman and vendor Huanhuan Zheng.

The 71-storey Barangaroo tower, which sits in central harbourside position, is home to many of Sydney’s rich and famous.

Crown’s former majority shareholder James Packer paid $72million for a two-storey tower apartment in 2021.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home the couple claimed in February sits on a 1286 sqm property that also has a tennis court, a large level garden with limestone verandas, alfresco terraces and a heated pool.

In March the couple sold a two-bedroom property on Bondi Beach for $1.615 million, which was a slight loss from the $1.65 million he paid for it 2019.

Mr  Deutsch was ‘transitioned out’ of running the cult chain of F45 gyms in 2020, with a reported $3.7million departure bonus.

By this stage he had already built up a lavish property portfolio with luxury apartments in Bondi and Coogee, also in Sydney’s east.

The Bondi apartments cost him more than $7.2million while the Coogee pair cost around $2.12million in late 2017.

In April 2022 the couple sold a beachfront family home in Bronte for $17.7million which they had bought a bit over a year previously for $11.2million.

Mr Deutsch has moved into selling baby products and launched his online marketplace Markot last year.

His Instagram provides a glimpse into his life of luxury with frequent snaps of holiday getaways and photos of him with F45 backer and Hollywood movie star Mark Wahlberg.
