Maidstone United stunned Barrow to reach the FA Cup third round for the first time in 35 years.
The National League South side fell behind when Ben Whitfield pounced for Barrow, but Sam Corne equalised.
And a packed Gallagher Stadium celebrated wildly when Bivesh Gurung hammered in the winner — just as he was about to be substituted.

Newport County 1-1 Barnet
Barnet will join Maidstone in today’s draw after leaving it late to snatch a 1-1 draw at Newport County.
Danny Collinge was the National League side’s hero, scoring in the 88th minute to cancel out Shane McLoughlin’s opener in the first half.
Horsham 0-3 Sutton United
There was to be no second reprieve for Horsham, whose luck ran out at Sutton United.
The Isthmian League Premier side, who were readmitted into the competition after first-round conquerors Barnsley were thrown out for fielding an ineligible player, were beaten 3-0 at League Two’s bottom club.
Two goals from Dion Pereira and a third from Omari Patrick broke Horsham hearts.
‘We showed what we are capable of, but we are disappointed,’ said Horsham boss Dominic Di Paola.

Wycombe 0-2 Morecombe
Ged Brannan’s second game in charge of League Two side Morecambe could not have gone any better as they won 2-0 at Wycombe. Eli King and Tom Bloxham scored the goals.
Gillingham 2-0 Charlton Athletic
Another League One side, Charlton, crashed at League Two opposition, with the former Athletic striker Macauley Bonne helping Gillingham to a 2-0 win.
Alfreton Town vs Walsall called off
Alfreton Town fans rounded on the officials after their home tie against Walsall was called off less than 10 minutes before kick-off.
The match was scheduled to be broadcast on the BBC but referee Sam Allison decided the frozen pitch was unplayable.
Boos rang out at the Impact Arena, but Walsall boss Mat Sadler said: ‘I don’t think it was ever going to be played. It looked dangerous to me.’
