Fans are convinced they’ve found Travis Kelce’s long lost brother in the NBA: ‘He has to be’

Fans have been left in disbelief on social media after stumbling upon a mind-blowing Travis Kelce doppelganger in the NBA. 

One user on TikTok shared a clip from a recent Sacramento Kings game and zoomed in on the basketball star while writing: ‘WHY IS TRAVIS KELCE THE NEW SECOND STRING CENTER FOR THE KINGS’.

They also included the caption: ‘Third Kelce brother if I ever seen it!’

The player in question, Kings center Jonas Valanciunas, has long drawn comparisons to Kelce because of his striking resemblance to the NFL legend.

While sporting a shaved head and thick brown beard, Jonas looks a spitting image of Travis when he’s rocked the same buzz cut in the past.

And social-media users cannot get over the insane similarity between the two, joking that Valanciunas could be a third Kelce brother.

‘That’s their brother Jonas Kelce,’ one user quipped about Travis and older sibling Jason.

Another commented: ‘This a Travis/jason hybrid’.

A third wrote on X: ‘That man is a long lost Kelce cousin. He has to be’.

‘I have always thought they are long lost brothers!!! Valanciunas a kelce double,’ said a fourth.

While another joked: ‘Ed Kelce has some explaining to do’.

Valanciunas has spent 13 years in the NBA after first being drafted by the Toronto Raptors in 2011.

The Lithuanian player is in his first half-season with Sacramento having joined from the Washington Wizards in a February trade, while he has also been on the New Orleans Pelicans and Memphis Grizzlies’ books.

Back in 2023, Travis and Jason discussed the former’s uncanny resemblance to Jonas on their New Heights podcast.

‘You guys look just like each other,’ Jason said to his little brother.

‘This guy… I’ve been trying to get a picture with this guy,’ Travis replied.

He then added: ‘When I saw Jonas Valanciunas get drafted to the Raptors back in like 2008, I immediately realized we’re Lithuanian. Because I felt like they just slapped my picture on the screen and said, “This guy got drafted”. Man, it’s crazy.’

Valanciunas has also joined in with the fun in recent years, pretending to celebrate win the Super Bowl in a hilarious video on social media after Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs triumphed in 2024.
