Two cast members of Channel 10’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! have been mocked by fans after Monday’s episode of the hit reality show.
Former Big Brother star Skye Wheatley, 29, and Love Island’s Callum Hole, 24, came under fire over an embarrassing conversation in which they discussed ‘big words’.
During the segment, Skye became tongue-tied when she could not correctly identify the name given to paleontologists.
At one point Skye asked Callum: ‘What do you called the people who dust the things to find fossils?’
‘Photosynthesis,’ Callum replied.

Not satisfied with his answer, Skye then turned to the group for an opinion and asked: ‘What’s the name of the person who dusts off the dinosaur bones?’
A number of the cast replied incorrectly, saying these scientists were called ‘archeologists’.
Archeologists use ancient artefacts and physical remains to study human history.

Photosynthesis is the process by which plants use sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to create oxygen and energy in the form of sugar.

I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here made its debut on Sunday night, with a cast including Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz, AFL player Peter Daicos, Bachelor star and radio host Brittany Hockley, Iron Woman Candice Warner and Paralympian Ellie Cole.
Also appearing are British comedian Stephen K. Amos, Irish dancer and host Tristan MacManus and MasterChef Australia star Khanh Ong.
Biggest Loser trainer Michelle Bridges round out the cast alongside Callum and Skye.
