The Council Bluffs, Iowa native, who’s also been seen on Ex on the Beach, Celebrity Big Brother and Couples Therapy, accused Foppoli – who resigned last week from his post – of ‘sexual battery’ using his ‘hands/feet/teeth’ in an incident at a Palm Beach, Florida home in March.

Palm Beach Police Captain Will Rothrock told the paper that there ‘is an active and ongoing investigation and in order to preserve the integrity of it, there is nothing else we can release at this time.’

Spencer Kuvin, a lawyer for the TV personality, who is mother to 12-year-old daughter Sophia, told the paper that ‘some of the evidence provided to police were photographs of the injuries she sustained’ in the incident.

The lawyer said Foppoli ‘will come up with as many ideas for the defense as possible and claim that it was all consensual even when it clearly was not, so we are being intentionally careful with everything we share.’

Foppoli resigned from his post in the Sonoma County town last week.

Town Manager Ken MacNab told the paper of the resignation, ‘We are relieved to have this negative and tragic chapter behind us … we can now turn to helping everyone who has been impacted by these allegations to heal.’

Foppoli last week denied claims of sexual misconduct brought by Abraham and his other eight accusers, the paper reported.

Abraham accused Foppoli, who has resigned, of ‘sexual battery’ using his ‘hands/feet/teeth’ in an incident at a Palm Beach, Florida home in March

In a statement, the politician said he ‘recently learned that a woman in Palm Beach, Florida is accusing me of non-consensual acts while I was visiting there in March of this year … I have no doubt she is making these allegations in an attempt to leverage the situation to her advantage.’

Abraham, who consented to being named by the San Francisco Chronicle in their report, has taken a ‘mental health break’ amid the tumultuous timeframe, her lawyer said.

Said Kuvin, ‘It’s difficult for her, given her high-profile nature, and she’s seeing a lot of things posted online that she would like to be able to respond to. But she is doing as best as she can to stay away from the internet, because there is also a lot of hateful things as well, which hurts her feelings.’
