Fearne Cotton pays a heartfelt tribute to ‘wonderful’ stepdaughter Lola Wood on her 18th birthday as she shares FIRST snaps of them together

Fearne Cotton wished her ‘wonderful’ stepdaughter Lola Wood a happy 18th birthday on Wednesday.

The radio host, 41, who also shares two biological children with husband Jesse Wood, 46, took to her Instagram to posted a slew of sweet snaps as she revealed the teen’s face to her 3.8M followers for the first time. 

Fearne and Lola could be seen enjoying a lavish sun-soaked meal before playfully sharing a frozen cocktail. 

She captioned the post: ‘Happy birthday to my wonderful step daughter Lola. The big 18 today. Love you my babe. Tonight I will raise a pink paloma to you Lo’. 

Doting Dad Jesse was quick to comment on the post with a string of red love heart emojis.

Jesse, who is the son of Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood, 76, shares Lola and son Arthur, 21, with ex-wife Tilly. 

He and Fearne, who wed in 2014, are parents to son Rex, ten, and daughter Honey, eight. 

They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in London that was attended by the likes of Denise van Outen, Holly WIlloughby, McBusted and Keith Lemon. 

They began dating in 2011, the year Jesse officially split from his first wife Tilly after eight years of marriage. 

According to Fearne their first date consisted of a meal of vodka and cigarettes, and said they ‘did not eat a thing’.

However their lifestyles have changed and Jesse is now sober and the pair turned vegan together in 2021.

The Rockstar also confessed he cleaned up his act to match Fearne’s levels of domesticity.

Last year, he admitted: ‘I’m getting better doing the dishes and housework. She’s one of the tidiest, cleanest people I’ve met. So the bar was very high and I have the chance to eat a lot of the food.’

Hesse is the son of Ronnie and Krissy Findlay, who tragically died of an accidental overdose in June, 2015. 

Krissy passed away aged 57 and was married to Jesse’s dad, Ronnie Wood of Rolling Stones fame, from 1971 to 1978. 

Following in his father’s footsteps, Jesse performed in rock bands as a guitarist and bass player for RedRacer and Reef. 

Jesse was also a member of his dad’s touring group The Ronnie Wood Band in 2001 and 2002.
