Fears for Mick Molloy as he goes MISSING and is replaced by Merrick Watts on his Triple M show

Mick Molloy went missing from Triple M’s Mick & MG in the Morning radio show on Tuesday.

The Australian comedian, 57, failed to arrive to the studio for his radio program and was replaced by fill-in host Merrick Watts.

Molloy’s co-host Mark ‘MG’ Geyer told listeners they tried to contacted him but have had no success.

‘No one knows [where he is]. We have tried his mobile and we are going to give him another call in a second but we’ve had someone step up to the plate,’ he said.

Watts then asked: ‘It’s great to be here team. Where is he?’

‘We don’t know but he could be anywhere,’ MG responded before joking Molloy may be at Penrith Beach.

At the end of the show, the Triple M radio Instagram page confirmed they still had no idea where Molloy was.

Despite his disappearance, fans praised Watts’ hosting skills following the show, with one writing: ‘Love Merrick his humour is brilliant, always have a laugh in the car.’

Molloy launched his Triple M radio show alongside Geyer in 2023.

He previously hosted the network’s national drive show with Jane Kennedy before he was replaced by Wil Anderson in 2017.

Molloy was also previously a permanent member of Triple M Melbourne’s The Hot Breakfast.
