In the before picture, the new mum’s stomach is slightly bloated and her upper body is less defined.
Just 30 days later, and Ferne sports a noticably slimmer waistline and toned arms – as well as a newly-blonde hairdo and a glamorous make-up look.
The former TOWIE favourite’s incredible transformation was revealed by her co-star Dan Osbourne on his Instagram account.
He uploaded the snap, captioned: ‘#motivationmonday Well done to team mate and good friend @fernemccann @fernutrition for her 30 Day Challenge progress.
‘You are looking a million and should be so proud of yourself.’
Defending herself: Ferne recently said she’s never felt more judged since becoming a single mother to daughter Sunday
Ferne was recently criticised for ‘downing shots’ at the NTA’s ahead of breastfeeding daughter Sunday – despite her planning the timings so it didn’t interfere with feeding her child.
She blasted critics over the accusations, admitting she has ‘never felt as judged’ as she has since becoming a single mother.
Ferne, whose daughter’s father Arthur Collins is serving a 20-year-term for an acid attack, also revealed that her only priority as Sunday’s sole carer is to keep her ‘healthy and happy’.
Speaking to Ok! magazine, the This Morning presenter explained that the criticism she received following the NTAs deeply upset her.
‘The NTAs was my first night away from Sunday and I’d prepared so much for it. My mum came to the hotel so she could help with Sunday, and I’d expressed milk earlier so Mum could take Sunday home and feed her,’ she explained.

Adding that she had avoided the afterparty and was home by 11pm, she continued: ‘I am so sick of women being judged continuously and, as a new mum, I have never felt so judged. Being a new mum is pressure enough without having my every move scrutinised and falsified.’
Sunday’s father Arthur is currently serving a 20-year sentence for an acid attack that took place in Mangle on April 2017, which left several victims injured.
Last week he was jailed for a further eight months on Wednesday for using a smuggled mobile phone in his cell.
And last week Ferne was forced to hit back at claims she had been visiting her ex partner in prison, more than the one time she has already admitted to.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote defiantly: ‘The story today says that I have been visiting Sunday’s father in prison. As I have already made clear, I visited him once and I have not been to see him since.
Not true: The outing comes after Ferne was forced to slam claims she had visited acid attacker ex Arthur Collins (above) in prison on more than one occasion
And Ferne has taken being a single mother in her stride, telling the publication: ‘As Sunday’s mum and sole carer she’s happy and healthy and that’s all I’m focusing on’.
Speaking to the Mail last week, Ferne put her incredible post-baby body figure down to breastfeeding, and the new mother further talked about the bonding experience.
‘I really enjoy it,’ she admitted. ‘Breastfeeding is just such a lovely bond. At night time it’s just like a nice cuddle. I don’t know when I’m going to stop, I’m not sure it will be any time soon. She just absolutely loves it.’
