A fiery accident on a major Sydney motorway has caused traffic chaos across the city ahead of the peak-hour Monday evening commute.
A horror crash between a motorbike and truck on the M5 motorway has closed all westbound lanes.
One eastbound lane has also been closed as emergency crews attend the scene.
Traffic is being diverted onto Henry Lawson Drive as cars are backed up for kilometres.
The accident is believed to have occurred at Heathcote road just after 3pm.
