Gal Gadot’s turn as Wonder Woman left many ladies inspired to hit the gym and turn themselves into world-saving super women.
But the star didn’t do it alone. There are some things that Wonder Woman can do that only someone trained in acrobatic-style battle could pull off – and that’s where stunt double Caitlin Dechelle came in.
Now, in the latest video by YouTuber Michelle Khare, 25, Caitlin walks viewers through the grueling daily workout that got her ready to battle it out on set.

Hitting the treadmill: The ladies’ warm-up consists of five minutes of rowing followed by five minutes of running
Leading lady: Caitlin reveals that she and Gal would sometimes be shooting for 16 or 17 hours at a time
Caitlin is a 94-time world champion in the martial arts and performed stunt work on the likes of Teen Wolf and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. before taking becoming Gal’s double for the blockbuster film.
The work out mainly consists of cardio and weights, with warm-up including five minutes of rowing followed by five minutes of running.
While getting through the warm-up, Caitlin talks about what it was like working on the film.
‘I would wake up and do 30 minutes of cardio by myself off the clock every morning and then we would have like an hour and a half workout,’ she says.
‘Some days, we shot for 16, 17 hours, so you had to be physically in-shape enough to go that long.’
Next up: The warm-up is followed by two one-minute planks with one minute of rest
Up and up: Then they take on five sets of five vertical jumps, touching a high rail
In for the hurt: Finally they move into the main circuit workout, which includes 11 rounds, starting with push-ups
Making moves: 15 kettle bell swings have to rise to ‘nose level’, according to Caitlin
After the warm-up is over, the ladies do two one-minute planks with one minute rest in between followed by five sets of five vertical jumps.
The main circuit follows, totaling a grueling 11 rounds of several different exercises, requiring a mat, dumbbells and kettle bells.
The circuit begins with five push-ups, with Caitlin saying: ‘Those will become the hardest by the end, you just won’t even want to push.’
Ten dumbbell thrusters come next, followed by 15 kettle bell swings – making sure that the latter reach ‘nose level.’
A life: Dumbbells are held aloft for a series of 10 thursters as a part of the grueling circuit

The ladies sweat through the 11 rounds, finishing the lot in just 20 minutes.
After the workout is finally over, Caitlin shows off some of her impressive moves that landed her the prestigious stunt role.
She makes a few swift chops into the air with her arms before stepping into a gravity-defying backwards flip, to YouTuber Michelle’s utter amazement.
‘That was not physically possible!’ she squeals after the demonstration.
