Kayla Itsines has injured herself in an unlikely way.
The fitness influencer, 33, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to reveal she had cut her forehead while putting on her clothes in the morning.
In the video posted to Instagram, Kayla explained, ‘I normally step into my clothes, like even my sports bras. I just put them on weird. I just step into them.’
‘And today I just thought as I was trying on a top, I’ll just pull it over my head like a normal person…’
The fitness guru paused for a second before showing the cut on her forehead.
‘I papercut my head with the tag!’ she exclaimed.
Kayla then explained that the injury came at the worst possible time.
‘Now here’s the best bit: I’m going to Europe today,’ she said.

It comes after Kayla recently came down with a nasty eye infection when she visited a children’s play centre.
She went to the kid’s activity venue during the school holidays with her daughter Arna, five, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Tobi Pearce.
Kayla took to social media to reveal to her 15.8million followers that she’d contracted conjunctivitis, also known as ‘pink eye’.

‘Well… I somehow ended up with conjunctivitis,’ she captioned her post, which documented Arna having a fun time at the play centre.
‘I’m all better now but who’s going to be the one to tell Arna we’re never going again?’
‘I recently took the kids to a play centre during their school holidays (because they were begging me to go) and EVERYONE told me not to because apparently they’re a cesspool for gastro and conjunctivitis,’ Kayla added.
‘I even went as far as researching to find a place that shows videos on how they clean everything daily.’

The happy couple welcomed their first child together, a boy named Jax, in January last year before tying the knot in December.
She also shares custody of her daughter Arna, five, with ex Tobi Pearce.
