Fitness guru reveals how to craft the perfect butt

A fitness expert who completely transformed her derrière insists that in order to ‘build a butt’ you need ‘to eat a lot’ – not restrict yourself on a rigorous diet.

Marta Mielczarska, a trainer, and nutritionist, living in San Diego, California, took to Instagram to share before and after photos of her own backside, explaining that it takes a lot more than just exercise to achieve a ‘bubble butt’ like hers. 

The bikini competitor undoubtedly surprised a few of her 71,000 followers when she stressed that in addition to weight training you need to increase calories to get a bigger booty.

‘I cannot count the amount of questions I got asking “how to build a butt,”‘ she wrote. ‘Well first of all your diet needs to be on point and you need to eat A LOT.’

Marta explained that the ‘only way to put on muscle mass’ is to have a surplus of calories in addition to a ‘proper workout plan’. 

The fitness lover told Popsugar that it took her a year and a half to transform her own backside, explaining that in her before photo she was eating 1,800 calories per day and now she consumes 2,200. 

Marta shared the same before and after image last month, revealing that she put on 27lbs of muscle to achieve her curvy shape.

Although she did admit to getting her ‘boobs done’, she stressed that she hasn’t had any surgeries on her butt.   

‘I’ve chosen the hard way that’s why it took me so long to get to the point I am now,’ she explained. ‘Clean diet and working out six times a week is definitely paying off. 

Marta admitted that there are days she actually cries because she is so sore, but she insisted that she loves her workouts at the gym. 

‘There is no magic pills or diet that will make your body toned in 30 days,’ she added. ‘Don’t let anybody fool you! Be consistent, work hard and you will be amazed with the progress and with what your body is capable of.’

Marta frequently shares photo and videos of her workouts online, including a recent clip of the strenuous ‘booty workout’ using the Smith machine at the gym. 

However, when it comes to some of the flawless-looking bodies you see online, Marta has made it clear that many Instagram models know how to pose and use Photoshop to make themselves look good.

In order to demonstrate her point, Marta recently shared photos of herself slouched, standing normally, and posing for Instagram to to show what a difference just changing your posture makes.

‘When you decide to look up to someone, make sure you know the difference and choose people who actually put the work at the gym and not use Photoshop to make gains,’ she wrote.
