Fitness influencer Amy Castano flaunts her fitness transformation and reveals the one surprising trick behind her total body makeover

Fitness influencer Amy Castano co-founded one of Australia’s hottest gyms with her celebrity trainer ex Jono.

And now the Sydney-based starlet is sharing her own fitness transformation with fans.

In an Instagram post to her 578,000 followers, Amy showcased her toned physique in before-and-after photos.

The images showed the bikini-clad model flaunting her curves, with the most recent photo showcasing more definition and some slight weight loss compared to before. 

‘The changes in my body [are] down to purely one thing… consistency,’ she wrote. 

She further explained her body blitz in longer video, which documented her progress between 2019 to 2023.

‘At my heaviest, I used to smash 2-3 hours at the gym, follow diet trends & punish myself if I went off course,’ she explained. 

‘Now, I don’t train like an athlete, I don’t do restrictive diets but I do believe in balance and truly enjoying life. That’s what we all believe at Acero,’ she continued.

‘Went through thick and thin but consistently showed up daily and those small habits I introduced over time, have now become my lifestyle.’

Amy married celebrity fitness trainer Jono Castano in 2018 after meeting him on social media in 2009. 

They divorced in 2021 and she later began dating Aussie soccer star Aaron Evans. 

Meanwhile, Jono became involved with glamorous model Simone Holtznagel.

While Amy and Jono are no longer together, they remain friends and continue to operate their gym empire together.
