Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow ditches her red locks and goes back to blonde

Tammy Hembrow is a blonde once more. 

The fitness influencer showed off her newly peroxided locks in an Instagram post shared on Monday. 

The 28-year-old ditched her recently dyed red hair and returned to her roots as a blonde. 

In the series of images, she showcased her fresh locks after a salon visit, her new do in a soft golden tone and neatly straightened. 

Her fans were delighted, with one commenting underneath the image: ‘This hair colour on you’ and someone else calling her a ‘caramel queen’.

Another chimed in, I loved copper but this hair color suits you’ while one more agreed, ‘I’m so happy the blonde is back baby!’

‘I love your hair color’ someone else wrote in the comments, with one more saying, ‘Hair colour soooo beautiful on you’. 

Tammy recently confirmed her split with fiancé Matt Poole just seven months after the birth of their daughter Posy during a photoshoot in Sydney.

She confessed it was ‘tough work being a single mother of three,’ according to one of the makeup artists on set.

The source told Daily Mail Australia: ‘Tammy said she and Matt split a little while ago and that he was now doing his own thing – which is why she brought her baby Posy daughter to set’.

‘Tammy said they were doing the best to keep a friendship while sharing their little one’.

She also recently hit back at a fan when asked if she and ironman Matt have split.

When asked why Matt hadn’t featured in any of her recent YouTube videos, Tammy replied: ‘That’s just a part of my life I’m choosing not to share anymore.’

‘And out of respect for everyone and for my kids I just don’t feel like I need to give an explanation.’
