And Instagram star Ashy Bines, from the Gold Coast, has shared the secrets to her diet by revealing what her typical day on a plate looks like.
Sharing her meal plan on Snapchat, the 28-year-old shared a step-by-step on how she prepares her colourful ‘Buddha bowls’ for lunch.

To prepare her roast sweet potato, she sprays the vegetable with coconut oil before sprinkling cinnamon powder on top.
The sweet potatoes will take up to 45 minutes to bake in the oven.
‘If you haven’t tried sweet potato with cinnamon, you have not lived,’ she said.
Using garlic and ginger from jars, she sauté the ingredients in coconut oil before adding kale to the pan.
Adding to her lunch box, she then fries the beetroot with black bean patties, which she purchased from the supermarket.

The fitness guru sprinkles her lunch with pumpkin seeds before squeezing lemon juice over it.
The young mother-of-one also packed a pre-made vegetable and lentil soup she purchased from the supermarket for lunch.
