Only eight months after snapping up her luxurious Dana Point mansion for $10.3 million, Christina Haack is already planning on putting it back on the market.
The Flip Or Flop star, 38, is aiming to offload her home for $11.5 million – more than a million dollars than she bought it for back in July 2021, real estate sources have told TMZ.
Haack reportedly plans on listing the lavish five bedroom home in the next two weeks.

The HGTV star purchased the home, located in an exclusive guard-gated community in Orange County, just months after finalizing her divorce from Ant Anstead and going public with her new romance with Joshua Hall.
Her stunning new abode boasts a host of envy-inducing features including idyllic views, glass balconies, huge doors to bring the outdoor in and a stunning patio area.
Situated just steps away from the beach in The Strand at Headlands, a swanky oceanfront enclave, the new development went on the real estate market for the first time in 2020.

Christina kept five houses as part of her divorce from Anstead, 42, which was finalized in 2021 after less than two years of marriage.
In their divorce settlement, the former couple agreed to share 50/50 custody of their son Hudson.
Ant has since moved on with Renee Zellweger, while Christina revealed her new relationship with Joshua shortly after. Christina announced their engagement in September 2021.

‘These two (heart eyes emoji),’ she captioned a photo of the boys. ‘I am so impressed with what an amazing big brother Brayden has become. I’m not just saying it, I really am. He asked to share a room with Hudson and they have been loving bunk bed life. Life post divorce can be very complicated but love for my children and their love for each other never is. (heart emoji).’
