Even though he only has two legs, Anakin is able to run surprisingly fast
To stand, walk and run, Anakin positions his front legs at an angle toward the middle of his body and holds his back-end in the air, using his tail for balance when necessary.
To climb, he uses his strong front legs and claws to pull himself up.
When dismounting from his cat tower, Anakin hops from ledge-to-ledge until he reaches the floor.

Artist Carrie Hawks found the kitten eating with other feral cats in 2012.
She rescued him and brought him to the vet who said that he had never seen anything like him. X-rays showed he was born without a pelvis or back legs.
Hawks adopted the cat and named him Anakin after the Star Wars character Anakin Skywalker.
Hawks said in the video subtitles that Anakin does not use wheels because he wouldn’t be able to climb. When he gets older she will get him wheels if he needs them.
