Kristal later told police the couple left their son in their Ford truck because the Beer House would not allow patrons younger than 21 inside after 6pm.
Police said the boy was outside for around two hours. Kristal said she occasionally checked on him while he was outside.
A police report notes that Kristal’s reason was that ‘it was the Super Bowl and she really wanted the Eagles to win’.
Kristal allegedly attempted to fist-bump a deputy while discussing the excitement of the game.
A bartender at the Beer House said Kristal was served four beers over the course of the evening, WFTV reports.
