Raedrian’s mother, Diana, told ABC Local 10 her son said: ‘Mommy, I can’t breathe. This man was trying to kill me.’
The bus was just outside Aventura Waterways K-8 Center school in Miami when the incident occurred last week.
In the video, Raedrian can be seen arguing with the driver at the front of the bus before walking away in obvious frustration.
It was only then that the driver came up to him and the scuffle began.
Diana said her son claimed that the driver grabbed him to move him to his assigned seat.
She said: ‘The anger that I saw in the video and how he handled my son – I’m very concerned for other kids.
‘I’m concerned that this driver could hurt other children, I mean, worse than how he hurt my son.’

The mother also said she thought the school was not taking the dramatic incident seriously.
She also claimed her son was taken home by the driver on the same day as the altercation.
Miami-Dade County Public Schools said the allegation is being treated ‘very seriously’ and explained that the driver has been reassigned while an investigation is conducted.
